From Behind the Curtain

Every soul carries the weight of their own story

Written by the choices that we each make

The minute you stop taking ownership of your actions

Is the moment you let go of your own faith

Cause the Universe can only guide you if you listen

And it won’t stop trying to get your attention

But you must take a leap of discomfort to learn and grow

Not everything happens for a reason

We have the power of choice to fuel the light of our soul

Differences in religion, race, & cultures

It’s the crash that causes the most hate

Funny if we all just sat and listened

We’d realize we really are all the same

We used to believe in Fairytales

Long after most let them go

Even after the heart was beaten battered bruised

We crushed those protective walls coming in all around us

To never give anyone the power to build

We are all just walking universes

Each so different

Not one the same

How amazing is it when two or more connect

Never take that for granted

It's rare

Not everyone shows themself

Many put on a show, for who?

Cause the Universe can only guide you if you listen

So listen
